An Overview of Your Adventure
Day 1
Fly to Sandakan to begin your journey. You will visit the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre and the Sun Bear Conservation Centre upon arrival. After lunch, go to Sukau Rainforest Lodge for an exciting river safari in search of wildlife.
Day 2
Begin the day with a river excursion to Kelenap Ox-Bow Lake for birding and animal viewing. A naturalist guide will take you on a tour of the Hornbill Boardwalk. In the afternoon, take another exhilarating river trip to see more of Borneo’s unique wildlife.
Day 3
Return to Sandakan for your onward travel after breakfast, or opt for an optional visit to the Rainforest Discovery Centre and Sandakan Memorial Park if you have an evening departure.
