An Overview of Your Adventure

DAY 1

Depart from Kuala Lumpur and begin an exciting journey to the Cameron Highlands. En route, stop at the iconic Batu Caves, a well-known Hindu shrine inside limestone caves. Then continue to the Cameron Highlands, a cool hill resort at 1,542 metres above sea level that is known for its tea. Astonish at the Lata Iskandar Waterfall before checking into your hotel and spending the evening at leisure. Day

DAY 2

Tour the Cameron Highlands, stopping by a tea plantation, a tea factory, a vegetable farm, and the lively market square. Continue on to Penang, stopping at Istana Kenangan, Ubudiah Mosque, and Iskandariah Palace. Cross the spectacular Penang Bridge and arrive in the evening.

DAY 3

Take a half-day tour of Penang’s historical city, Georgetown which includes stops at the world’s 4th longest statue of the Reclining Buddha, Wat Chayamangkalaram, Dhammikarama Temple. Drive past the Street of Harmony home of Saint George’s Anglican Church and Kuan Yin – Goddess of Mercy Temple, Sri Mariamman Temple and Masjid Kapitan Keling. Stop to explore the highly ornate clan house of Khoo Kongsi, followed by a visit to a local coffee shop. Finally, a brief photo stop at Fort Cornwallis.

DAY 4

Travel to Kota Bharu through the picturesque East-West Highway, which offers breathtaking views of the jungle. If you’re lucky, you could see elephants crossing the road. Arrive in the evening at Kota Bharu.

DAY 5

Begin your day with a visit to Kota Bharu, where you will explore the colourful wet market and learn about the distinct culture of Kelantan State. Traditional activities like as batik creation, top spinning, and songket weaving are on display. Continue to Terengganu, stopping at Pulau Rusa, noted for its traditional boat-building skills.

DAY 6

Travel to Kuantan through Cherating Village, where you may experience traditional village life and handicraft. Watch as pandan leaves are braided into bags, mats, and taking a visit to turtle sanctuary. Cherating is a great place to spend your free time.

DAY 7

After breakfast, return to Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, bringing your Malaysian experience to a close.
