Singapore Launches E-Arrival Service

Share

Singapore’s Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) has announced a new “SG Arrival Card” e-service that allows foreign tourists to electronically submit their arrival details up to 14 days before entering Singapore, instead of completing paper arrival cards, to speed up immigration clearance.

The new service is available on ICA’s website and or through a mobile application. The initiative is currently only available to visitors arriving in Singapore via the below operators:

  • Airlines: AirAsia, Jetstar Asia, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines
  • Coach to Malaysia: Transtar Travel
  • Ferry operators: BatamFast Ferries, Bintan Resort Ferries, Horizon Fast Ferry and Majestic Fast Ferry

(All other visitors must still complete paper disembarkation or embarkation cards.)
