discover charming Chiang Mai on three wheels

Share

Before the days of tuk tuks, locals got around by using “samlors” or three-wheeled bicycle rickshaws pedalled by a driver with a seat for two in back. Today, most of the samlor drivers in Chiang Mai are elderly men who have been plying their trade for decades. They are now united in an association that has regular meetings and is trying to help preserve samlors as part of Chiang Mai’s cultural heritage.

Join us in either one of these unique tours on three wheels to see the city from a different perspective and help support the drivers.
