General Manager in Singapore

DTH Travel is looking for a General Manager to lead and manage its office and team in Singapore. As General Manager, you will play an important role in building and maintaining our Singapore team, ensuring that they remain capable of delivering our services in a professional manner.

  • Lead and manage the Singapore office to ensure efficiency in delivering our services
  • Serve as a liaison between our customers and various stakeholders in Singapore
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients and do necessary follow-ups for new business leads
  • Negotiate with new or existing local suppliers to ensure that DTH Travel receives the best possible rates and service standards
  • Prepare tariffs for services
  • Ensure operation staff follow the correct procedures and provide best quality of services to our customers
  • Prepare annual budget for CEO review
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial and management report to CEO
  • Oversee recruitment and HR/admin matters, not limiting to payroll, Annual leave, staff benefits
  • Oversee IT Infrastructure with headquarters to ensure all systems and standard workflow are in order
  • Maintain Tourplan system to ensure smooth usage for all
  • Oversee finance matters not limiting to payment to supplier and remittance from clients
  • Seek out new possible clients for business development, and represent DTH
  • Travel at travel trade events, both in Singapore and abroad, as the need arises

Sales & Account Asst. Manager/Manager in Malaysia

Are you an experienced sales and account management professional with a passion for inbound travel? Do you thrive in building strong business relationships and delivering exceptional travel solutions? If so, we want you on our team!

  • Overseeing assigned accounts and driving growth to support the company’s sales team.
  • Assisting the Head of Department in inbound business development, fostering partnerships with agents and suppliers.
  • Handling daily travel quotations for both individual and group requests, ensuring all travel requirements are met.
  • Managing exclusive contract preparation for designated accounts. Creating and advising tailor-made travel programs while supporting new product development alongside the Contracting/Product Manager.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with internal teams and external partners to follow up on quotes and requests.
  • Conducting engaging presentations, webinars, and calls to agents for destination updates.
  • Utilizing Tourplan NXT for quotations, sales operations, and data management.
  • Strengthening existing client relationships while reactivating dormant business accounts to boost sales.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales & account management (A-Z) in inbound travel. Strong coordination skills to liaise with operations & reservations across all three company offices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and regional offices. Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysia and its key travel destinations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint) and strong computing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain flexibility during peak seasons. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
