Kep to the East

Share

Get picked up at your hotel by a tuk tuk around 8:30 hours and start the adventure driving towards the salt marshes followed by the local fishermen’s beach, Angkul Beach.

There it’s just a few kilometres from the Vietnamese border and you’ll drive deeper into the kingdom of water buffaloes passing through rural countryside and the Royal Alley. If time permits, visit a bird reserve before stopping for a satisfying local lunch in a small village.

After lunch, head towards Kompong Trach where you will crisscross the so-called “little Halong Bay of Cambodia” before sinking into the valley of pepper plantations and stopping at a local producer.

Return to your hotel around 17:00 hours after having gone along 100 kilometres of backroads. The tour can be done in English or French at no extra charge.

Why we like this tour? The countryside around Kep is simply gorgeous and this tour covers some of the best parts to see in the area!  – Coralie Romano, Siem Reap Branch Manager
