Your cycling adventure begins with a tour through the rural countryside past rice fields and plantations. Then you\u2019ll stop to visit a buffalo farm where you can observe water buffalos assisting with rice farming. A picnic style lunch at a local restaurant is next, followed by more scenic riding on the way back to Chiang Mai. Get a hands-on lesson on how to turn elephant poo into paper, too.
