Visa-Free entry will be allowed for visitors from Japan and South Korea, Hong Kong and Macao SAR. The government of Myanmar is easing visa requirements in an effort to encourage more Asian tourists to visit the country.<\/p>\n
At the recent World Tourism Day Event in Nay Pyi Taw on 27 September, the Vice President HE Henry Van Thio made a remark and expressed that the easier visa facilitation would also be considered for the visitors from European countries, Americas and Canada.
