If time permits, visit a bird reserve before stopping for a satisfying local lunch in a small village.<\/p>\n<p>After lunch, head towards Kompong Trach where you will crisscross the so-called \u201clittle Halong Bay of Cambodia\u201d before sinking into the valley of pepper plantations and stopping at a local producer.<\/p>\n<p>Return to your hotel around 17:00 hours after having gone along 100 kilometres of backroads.
