Discover daily life and meet a local fisherman’s family in a remote tropical lagoon spectacularly set between sea and mountains.
Upon arrival at the lagoon, you will be welcomed to the family’s house with a refreshing drink then board their wooden boat and take in the idyllic panorama of crystal clear water dominated by the stretch of Truong Son Mountain Range covered by tropical jungle. The secluded lagoon is an ideal habitat for different species of sea creatures such as crabs, snappers, red mullets, grouper, shrimp and squid.
The boat will stop at a fishing post where you can see a demonstration and even try your hand at the local net fishing technique, before continuing on to visit the family’s oyster farm. Afterward, enjoy a delicious lunch of fresh seafood prepared by the family which you’ll share together from an authentic stilt house above the water. Time and weather permitting, after lunch you may want to swim, snorkel, or just relax and enjoy the cool breeze before saying goodbye to your host and continuing your drive to the next destination.
