Cinnamon Air, the premier domestic airline in Sri Lanka, has reintroduced daily flights between Colombo and Nuwara Eliya during the month of April.

From 7 – 11 April, Cinnamon Air will be operating a daily scheduled flight from Colombo to Nuwara Eliya, departing Colombo City (Waters Edge) water aerodrome at 10:30 hours and arriving at Nuwara Eliya (Lake Gregory) at approximately 11:00 hours. On 14 and 15 April, Cinnamon Air will also be operating flights from Nuwara Eliya departing at 09:30 hours, with an estimated arrival at Colombo at 10:00 hours.

The flight time between Colombo and Nuwara Eliya is only 25 minutes, as opposed to a tiresome six hours of travel over land. The seasonal scheduled flights to Nuwara Eliya allow travellers, both local and international, to access this popular destination during its prime season.
