While visiting the magnificent Kuang Si Waterfalls, dine at the new Carpe Diem Restaurant, a unique restaurant designed in relation with nature. Dedicated to working with small local producers in order to promote local trade and quality dishes, the restaurant also donates 5% of its proceeds to the ASAS association, which has been working in Laos for persons in need since 2014.
