The Wise King, a brand new modern, yet still classic, bar led by two industry leaders in Hong Kong’s bar world has opened in Central.

Inspired by King Alfonso X of Castile and Leon, the 13th century king who is thought to have started the idea of Spanish tapas, the opulent bar serves small plates paired with signature crafted cocktails, a selection of Spanish beers, wine and Champagne.
