Shiyi most recently served as Business Planning Manager at Tour East Group Headquarters where she led a team that implemented the Tourplan NX connected travel management systems across all offices to support the global inbound business. Prior to that, Shiyi was the company\u2019s Business System Manager in charge of API-related matters and system upgrades. In addition to her technology experience, Shiyi also previously served as product development manager, focusing on product development and procurement. &nbsp; Shiyi will take over management duties from Judy Lum, who is retiring after nearly three decades in the industry and four years serving as Diethelm Travel Singapore\u2019s general manager.
