Carla earned her degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from an exclusive girl’s institution in Manila. She has been in the profession for 32-years and has extensive experience with incoming groups and MICE. She oversees the Groups department, which handles all types of inbound travel, including leisure, business meetings, conferences, seminars, events, local corporate incentives, and group series.

Carla is a natural leader, and the entire staff follows her unshakable commitment for going the extra mile to meet the demands of the clients. She is meticulous and organised both at work and at home. She completely adores her 3 fur babies (Shih tzus) named Cotton, Bagel and Pretzel.
